 个人简介
   陈骐,1985年毕业于福建师范大学生物系,获理学学士学位。19881992年分别获得中国农业科学院硕士与博士学位。1989年至1992年到美国Rutgers University做访问研究。1999年获美国Uinversity of Southern California分子药理和毒理学博士学位,后于Salk Institute做博士后及研究工作,原为洛克菲勒神经生物学研究所助理教授。2012年受聘于福建师范大学,并入选2012年度福建省高校领军人才。早年主要从事基因工程的研究工作,1994年后主要从事神经系统功能及相关疾病的研究,在世界上首次分离和克隆了一种新的小G蛋白鸟苷酸交换因子,并完成该基因剔除小鼠模型的构建。目前主要从事以下研究工作:

主要研究方向:

1、疾病的免疫调控机制研究。主要从事相关疾病的天然免疫调控机制的研究,包括癌症、感染与免疫性疾病、及神经退行性疾病新的分子信号通路、遗传及表观遗传学的致病机制、及其相关的功能与调控研究,为未来相关疾病的基因诊断及药物开发打下基础。

2、基因分子诊断及精准医学。通过高通量测序技术、单分子核酸与蛋白检测技术、生物信息学等新技术的应用,研究找寻相关疾病在血液等体液中的核酸、蛋白多肽等的特异分子标记物。并从引发疾病的基因突变、疾病易感的基因高风险位点、蛋白与核酸等生物标志分子表达的差异、以及表观遗传学调控的差别等方面着手,探讨这些因素间的内在联系,建立起相关疾病早期诊断的基因分子综合评估机制。

3CRISPR/Cas9基因修饰技术的开发应用。CRISPR/Cas9基因修饰技术的开发应用。CRISPR/Cas9基因修饰技术是本世纪生物工程领域最重要的技术进展之一,将用该技术进行各种动物模型的制备,并探讨其在基因治疗中应用的可行性。

  4、抗体及免疫细胞治疗。免疫抗体与细胞治疗,是目前药物开发最前沿的领域,中心将紧随相关技术的进步,进行抗体治疗药物、CAR-T等细胞治疗技术的研究开发,并探讨其在癌症及免疫性疾病方面的应用基础。

5、动物胚胎工程及疫病防治。运用胚胎移植、动物克隆、CRISPR/Cas基因编辑等先进技术,研制开发动物的新型药物、疫苗以及工厂化生产动物优质胚胎等,为畜禽的遗传改良和健康养殖提供新技术、新产品、新品种(系),满足我国畜禽和特色经济动物养殖及防治的需求。

6、小分子化学药物的研究开发。通过使用生化及细胞模型,筛选、合成具免疫相关功能的化学小分子,研究其药物功能及药理机制,为进一步的临床应用开发打基础。
