二、研究方向
主要从事微藻生物工程、油脂改性、生物质能源、功能活性物质。主持国家自然科学基金面上项目1项(58万,2022.01-2025.12),福建省引导性项目1项(15万,2020.08-2023.07)和星火项目1项(25万,2021.08-2024.07),福建省生态环境厅项目1项(15万,2023.01-2024.12),中国博士后科学基金1项(2017M6200530),参与国家海洋局“十三五”海洋经济创新发展示范项目子课题、福建省发改委项目等。在国内外刊物发表论文70余篇,其中第一署名(含共同第一)或通讯作者的SCI论文25篇。
(1)微藻培养
以小球藻、螺旋藻、微拟球藻、等鞭金藻等优势藻株,采用光自养固碳、异养等方式培养微藻,阐析环境优化及胁迫条件下工程微藻细胞内碳代谢、氮代谢等代谢过程变化特征,揭示环境因子提高微藻生长、诱导目标产物积累与环境响应的作用机制,实现精准调控工程藻细胞工厂定向高效合成目标活性产物,建立高效工程微藻细胞工厂的生产体系。
(2)联产开发微藻活性物质
以高附加值微藻生物质为原料,研发绿色集成技术(如相分离提取技术、乙醇介导提取技术等),实现多联产分离提取微藻蛋白(藻红蛋白/藻蓝蛋白)、多糖、油脂、色素(岩藻黄素/虾青素/β-胡萝卜素)等生物活性物质,突破传统微藻提取分离技术的瓶颈,建立微藻精深加工高值化的产业化平台。
(3)酶法改性油脂
以微藻油脂和鱼油为原料,采用脂肪酶醇解催化、甘油解反应、转酯化反应等方法,制备单酰甘油酯、中链-长链-中链结构脂、人乳替代脂、磷脂等功能性油脂,研制高效浓缩分离鱼油的EPA和DHA方法,构建功能性油脂的安全性和功能性的定向评估系统,为定向改性藻油和鱼油提供新途径。
