二、研究方向

主要从事微生物活性天然产物的发现、生物合成及生防菌剂的应用开发,包括3方面:

1.新型生物农药开发:以溶杆菌为研究材料,利用基因组挖掘技术,筛选分离和鉴定溶杆菌中新颖天然产物,为新型生物农药开发提供先导化合物。

2.环境微生物治理:以蓝细菌为研究材料,分析和鉴定蓝细菌中藻毒素的化学结构及功能活性,为水华蓝细菌藻毒素的检测和利用提供研究基础。

3.酿酒发酵工程:利用宏基因组学和现代微生物培养技术,解析酱香型白酒酿造过程中微生物代谢与功能,解析微生态发酵机制和代谢规律,改造和提升传统白酒酿造工艺。

1.国家自然科学基金面上项目,32471541,稀土矿山分离的新型抗逆性衣藻YC高氨氮耐受与代谢调控机制,50万元,2025/01 – 2028/12,在研,参与。
