一、个人简介

福建师范大学生命科学学院正高级实验师(直聘),博士生导师,福建师范大学学报(自然科学版)青年编委,福建省植物学会理事。入选福建省高层次人才计划;获福建省专利奖三等奖1项;获第三届全国博士后创新创业大赛福建省银奖1项;先后主持国家自然科学基金2项,福建省自然科学基金面上项目 2 项、福建省科技厅星火项目1项、福建省科技厅高校产学合作项目 1 项、企事业委托横向课题2项、技术成果转化6项;科研成果以第一作者或第一通讯作者在国内外核心期刊发表论文40余篇,其中SCI118篇,SCI26篇;在A类出版社出版《海洋微藻生物技术》编著1本。

二、研究方向和领域

主要应用植物学、生物信息学、生物化学与分子生物学、海洋食品加工技术等知识开展以下三方面研究:一、经济林及中草药植物次生代谢与调控研究;二、海洋微藻及水产品生物活性物质高值化开发及产业化应用;三、微生物代谢调控研究。

3)福建省自然科学基金面上项目, 转录因子SlMYB118引导裂殖壶菌DHA合成调控机制研究, 2020/11 -2023/11, 主持;

4)福建省自然科学基金面上项目, CRISPR/Cas9 介导的 ADH2 敲除及反义 RNA 干扰 GPD1对酿酒酵母乙醇的影响, 2017/04-2020/04,主持;  

5)福建省科技厅高校产学合作项目, 紫心甘薯新品种金薯 20 产业化关键技术研究与示范推广, 2020/12-2023/12,主持;

6)福建省科技厅星火项目, 高品质功能型海洋油脂产品生产关键技术研发及产业化应用, 2020/08-2022/08,主持;

7)福州海洋研究院,单体三倍体牡蛎繁育技术集成与创新,2022/07-2024/06,主持;
