沈阳坤

一、个人简介
沈阳坤博士,福建省高层次人才C类,福建省免疫学会青年委员会常务委员,福建省免疫学会肿瘤免疫与生物治疗专业委员会委员。长期从事天然免疫通路cGAS-STING介导的抗肿瘤免疫应答研究,干细胞及免疫细胞对肿瘤的治疗、以及CRISPR/Cas9基因编辑技术的改造及应用。先后以主要完成人的身份参与国家自然科学基金重点项目2项、国家自然科学基金应急管理项目1项;主持/参与福建省自然科学基金、福建省科技创新联合基金等项目10余项。相关工作在Trends in pharmacological sciences、Journal of Translational Medicine、CMLS、IJBM等期刊发表SCI文章/专著20余篇,总引用次数超过200次,多次受邀编写Springer Nature 出版集团旗下的Methods in Molecular Biology系列丛书。授权国家发明专利2项,正在审查3项。
近年来,带领学生参加中国国际大学生创新大赛、全国大学生互联网+创新创业大赛、全国大学生生命科学竞赛等比赛,多次获得国家级奖项(国家级金奖1项、银奖1项、铜奖1项和三等奖1项)和省级奖项(福建省金奖2项、银奖2项、铜奖1项和二等奖1项),个人获得福建省优秀创新创业导师奖。
二、研究方向和领域
1.天然免疫通路cGAS-STING介导的抗病毒及抗肿瘤免疫应答研究;
2.干细胞对代谢以及炎症性疾病的治疗研究;
3.免疫细胞(CAR-T、TILs等)在肿瘤治疗中的耐药机制及应用研究;
4.新型肿瘤治疗药物研究;
5.CRISPR/Cas9基因编辑技术的改造及应用。
