本团队长期聚焦于病原菌感染与宿主免疫互作的分子机制研究,综合运用高通量组学分析(蛋白质组学、蛋白质修饰组学及液相色谱-质谱联用技术)、生物化学、细胞生物学及结构生物学手段(核磁共振 NMR、X 射线晶体衍射和冷冻电镜技术),系统解析病原体效应蛋白的生物学功能及其与宿主相互作用的动态调控网络,多维度揭示病原体侵袭过程中的致病分子机制与宿主免疫应答规律,旨在阐明病原体-宿主互作的关键分子事件,为开发新型抗菌药物和免疫调节剂提供具有临床应用价值的候选靶点。至今,已在国内外期刊上发表论文 20 余篇,包括 Nature Chemical Biology、Science Advances、Nature Communications等 Nature/Science 子刊论文。主持国家自然科学基金、中国博士后科学基金及福建省自然科学基金项目,兼任福建省遗传学会理事及Health & Metabolism(HM)、Frontiers in Bioscience-Landmark(FBL)期刊杂志青年编委。
