主要研究方向:病原微生物感染与宿主免疫

本团队长期聚焦于病原菌效应蛋白(毒力因子)与宿主免疫互作的分子机制研究,主要以嗜肺军团菌为研究对象,综合运用分子生物学技术(基因编辑)、高通量组学

分析(蛋白质

组学、蛋白质修饰组学及液相色谱-质谱联用技术(LC-MS))、细胞生物学以及结构生物学手段(核磁共振NMRX射线晶体衍射和冷冻电镜三维重构技术),系统解析病原体效应蛋白的生物学功能及其与宿主相互作用的动态调控网络。通过多维度揭示病原体侵袭过程中的致病分子机制与宿主免疫应答规律,旨在阐明病原体-宿主互作的关键分子事件,为开发新型抗菌药物和免疫调节剂提供具有临床应用价值的候选靶点。至今,在国内外期刊上发表论文20余篇,其中SCI论文15篇,包括Nature Chemical Biology2025)及Science adva

nces2022a; 2022b)等Nature/Science子刊论文。主持中国博士后科学基金1项、参与国家面上基金2项。【现招硕士研究生1~3名(生物科学、生物工程等生物学专业),欢迎对病原微生物领域感兴趣的有志之士加入。
