陈骐


  1. 个人简介

陈骐博士是福建省天然免疫生物学重点实验室主任,福建师范大学生命科学学院副院长、南方生物医学研究中心副主任、特聘教授、博士生导师,2016届福建师范大学学术委员会委员,2012年入选福建省高校领军人才。目前主要从事疾病的免疫调控、CRISPR基因编辑、免疫细胞与基因治疗的研究。

是我国最早从事基因工程研究的一批研究生之一,于1985年获福建师范大学学士学位,1988年中国农业科学院硕士学位,1992年及1999年分别获得中国农业科学院及美国南加利福尼亚大学博士学位;1989-1992年在美国罗格斯大学做访问学者;1999-2009年美国索克生物学研究所博士后及副研究员;2010-2012年美国西弗吉尼亚大学洛克菲勒神经生物学研究所助教授。早年主要从事植物基因工程及分子生物学研究工作,1994年后主要从事神经系统功能及相关疾病的研究,在世界上首次分离和克隆了一种新的小G蛋白鸟苷酸交换因子,并完成该基因剔除小鼠模型的构建。

承担过多项国家自然科学基金项目、教育卫生联合攻关项目、福建省自然基金重点项目等。已发表SCI论文130余篇,被引6000余次,其中包括Nature ImmunologyProceedings of the National Academy of SciencesMolecular TherapyJournal of Cell BiologyJournal of Neuroscience等国际高端期刊的文章;获授权发明专利6篇。已培养硕士研究生90余人、博士研究生30人。

是科技部重点研发项目及重大科技专项评审专家,同时兼任福建省药理学会副理事长、福建省免疫学会常务理事、福建省肿瘤生物治疗重点实验室学术委员会委员、福建省药理学重点实验室学术委员会委员、福建省海峡肿瘤防治科技交流协会肿瘤临床研究协作分会顾问及中国侨商会科技创新委员会委员、福建省新侨人才联谊会常务理事等学术及社会职务。
