三、研究方向

1)金属药物研究

金属拥有众多外层电子,与有机基团结合形成多样的拓扑结构,拥有丰富的生物活性。研究金属离子作为活性中心或者激活中心,与生物大分子的结合及其结合位点、作用方式等问题,并以此为基础设计活性金属分子,合成纳米载药系统,开发重大疾病相关的药物。

2)多模(FL/MRI/CT)成像研究

生物分子间通过空间结构的变化发生相互作用,是发挥生理功能的基础,动态观察这些变化过程是揭示生理机制的重要手段。研究设计合成多模纳米平台,结合不同成像技术的优势,实现实时无损成像,提高医药诊断精准度
