 个人简介:

男,19616月生,福建福清人,教授(兼职),博士生导师。福建省“闽江学者计划”特聘教授,福建省发育与神经生物学重点实验室学术委员会主任,雅虎创始人基金科学与工程讲席教授。

教育经历:

1982年福建师范大学学士、1985年福建师范大学硕士、1989年美国爱荷华大学博士

工作经历:

1993-1994,美国爱荷华大学博士后。

1994-1996,美国哈佛大学医学院博士后。

1996-1997,美国哈佛大学医学院讲师。

1997-今,美国Tulane大学细胞与分子生物学系助理教授,副教授,教授。

2002-今,福建师范大学生命科学学院“闽江学者计划”特聘教授。

研究方向:

本人的主要研究兴趣是器官发育过程中的分子生物学机制及其遗传调控机理,以及利用干细胞进行组织和器官再生的研究。利用模式动物小鼠的体内遗传修饰(基因剔除和转基因过表达)和体外实验方法,对牙齿,上腭板,心脏、肢芽以及颌关节等器官发育过程的有关分子生物学机制进行了深入细致的研究。

获奖:
